Privacy Policy

This policy explains how God Mode Challenge (GMC) collects, uses, and protects personal data across this website and the GMC mobile application. Last updated: January 2026.

Physical Activity: Assumption of Risk

GMC is a high-intensity physical training application. The exercises, programs, and challenges provided involve strenuous physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and in extreme cases, death.

BY USING THE GMC APPLICATION, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PHYSICAL EXERCISE. You acknowledge that you are physically capable of performing the activities described and that you have consulted, or have chosen not to consult, a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

GMC, its developers, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, disability, or death resulting from your use of the application or participation in any challenge, exile, or training program. This limitation applies regardless of whether such injury results from negligence, product defect, or any other cause.

If you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptom during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Do not use this application if you have a medical condition that contraindicates strenuous exercise without first obtaining medical clearance.

No Medical or Fitness Advice

The content provided in GMC, including exercise descriptions, training plans, challenge structures, and all related materials, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, fitness advice, or a substitute for professional guidance.

GMC makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any exercise or program for any individual. Results vary. Completion of a challenge does not imply fitness, health, or safety.

Data we collect

Website: When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address, submission locale, and technical metadata such as request timestamp and user-agent. If analytics consent is granted, we collect aggregated behavior data such as page views and CTA interactions.

Mobile app: The app stores all exercise and challenge data locally on your device using SQLite. When you create an account, we store a user identifier and event log on our servers (Supabase) to enable cross-device history and permanent records. We do not sell this data.

Authentication: We use email-based one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication. We do not store passwords.

Why we process data

Waitlist data is processed to notify interested users about launch availability and relevant product updates.

App event data is processed to maintain your permanent challenge record, derive your current state, and enable sync across devices. This is the core function of the application.

Analytics data is processed to understand demand and improve usability. It is never required to use the site or app.

Data retention and deletion

Challenge event data is append-only and permanent by design. This is a core product invariant: the record stands. Deletion of your account will remove your personal identifiers but the anonymized event record may be retained for integrity purposes.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request removal or the product launches and the waitlist is closed.

To request full account deletion, contact us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@godmodechallenge.com.

You may change cookie preferences at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.

EU/EEA residents: You have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (supabase.com) for database, authentication, and edge function infrastructure. Data is stored in EU-based servers unless otherwise configured.

We use Google Analytics on the commercial website and the GMC mobile app to understand usage and improve the product. Analytics are enabled by default and can be opted out via cookie preferences on the website. The mobile app collects anonymous usage events (screen views, challenge and exile lifecycle events) to help improve the experience.

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or sell personal data to third parties.
