Support

Need help with GMC? Read below. If your question is not answered here, contact us directly.

How the app works

GMC is an offline-first fitness trial application. All challenge and exile data is stored locally on your device. An account is required to participate in challenges and to sync your history across devices.

Authentication uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. No password is stored.

Failure and exile

Failure in GMC is permanent. If you fail a challenge or miss a required day, the record stands. There are no retries, no overrides, and no exceptions.

After a challenge failure, Mandatory Exile is triggered automatically. You must complete the exile before challenge access is restored. Exile duration escalates with repeated failures.

This is by design. Contact support will not reverse a failure or remove an exile.

Account deletion

To delete your account and associated data, use the Delete Account option in the app under Settings, or visit godmodechallenge.com/en/delete-account.

Deletion removes your personal identifiers. The anonymized event record may be retained for integrity purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Technical issues

If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, try force-closing and reopening it. All state is stored locally and will be restored from your event history.

If you encounter a persistent issue, contact us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened.
